As so often with historical locations, such as this medieval village, we had to be creative in compliance with the regulations. We transformed the “tinaia” in a wheelchair-friendly suite, the overgrown landscape became a beautiful garden and the loggia came alive as a terraced outdoor living space.

A medieval little apartment in the very centre of Florence needed complete restauration. it was nearly an archeological trip, a gothic niche was discovered and many charming details. Originally a veranda, it has been turned into a house in the 18th century. It became a very special little living space.
